How it all works
1.) Your subscriber page
You design the page which allows your clients to subscribe or unsubscribe from your lists.
2.) Initial data setup
To keep life simple only email addresses are stored. Send us client emails in ANY form
you have them in, this includes Excel and Word documents, Text files or your email program export files.
Don't worry about how messy the data is as we have sophisticated email harvesting programs
which will gather a list of unique emails from whatever format you supply them in.
3.) First send
Using the wording of your choice we will send a text email to every address asking them to join your list.
Only those clients who click on the link provided in the email will stay on the list.
As well as complying with SPAM regulations this prevents inactive or defunct email addresses from being included.
4.) Your email template
You design your HTML template which will be used for all emails you send to your client lists. If you
want to use images then these must be linked to externally and remember that some users choose to receive
plain text email which means all they will see is the link and not the image.
5.) Link to your subscriber page
Add a link to your website allowing vistors to easily sign up to your email lists using your
custom subscriber page.
6.) Manage your lists
You will receive a username and password which will give you access to our web interface for sending emails
and routine maintenance of your lists.
